I felt in love with the passion of Backyard BBQing a few years back. I decided to create this blog to share my favorite BBQ recipes and tips. I also decided to do some BBQ product testing and reviews on this blog since there's not a lot of reviews out there for BBQ products. I also created this to provide a nice resource of info to fellow Backyard BBQers. Sorry for the grammar French is my native language!

Here's is a very good BBQ breaded Chicken recipe which is very easy to make on your BBQ.
Ingredients
·8 Chicken
drumsticks, or 8 chicken breast
·1/2
cup bread crumbs
·1/4
cup corn meal
·1/4
cup flour
·2
TBSP of Dizzy Pig Tsunami rub but if you want a bigger kick use Swamp Venom
·1/4
cup of Jungle Heat BBQ Sauce
·1/2
cup of Diana Sauce Gourmet Rib &Chicken
P.S.If you like your chicken very spicy only use 3/4 cup of the Jungle Heat BBQ Sauce.
If you want them very mild substitute both sauce with 3/4 cup of Bone Suckin' Sauce.
Directions
In a large zip-lock bag pour in the Sauce and
place the chicken inside the bag and seal the bag. Shake the bag very well to
ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Let the chicken sit in zip-lock bag for 30-45
minutes in fridge.
In a bowl mixes the bread crumbs, corn meal,
flour and rub.
Now dip the chicken in the crumb mixtures and
gently press the crumbs on the chicken and ensure they are evenly coated;
Place the chicken in a pan and cover with a saran
wrap and refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes;
Pre-heat your BBQ to 250 Degrees Fahrenheit. I highly recommend using Grillgrates but if you don't
have Grillgrates you can cook directly on your grill but will have to be very
careful that you don't burn them!
Cook them at 250 Degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45
minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 Degrees Fahrenheit. I start my cook
with a little cherry smoke but the smoking is optional.
The last few minutes mop the chicken with Jungle Heat BBQ SauceorDiana Sauce Gourmet Rib &Chicken.
Bonne appétit and Happy Grilling!

Last Month Craig
& Cynthia Schultz from the BBQ
Hooker, LLC company sent me the 4-in-1 grilling tool also known as the BBQ Hooker. I first learned about this
tool from a few guest on my blog back in April.
Before I start this

The BBQ Hooker is a
4-in-1 grilling tool. There patented design will definitely change the way you
grill. Well what is really nice about this tool is that you won't need as many
gadgets around your BBQbecause this one
ingenious tool does it all for you! Which means you will have a lot less
clutter around your grilling area from BBQ tools sculling about.
Here's some
features of the BBQ Hooker 4-in1 grilling tool:
·You can
use the hook for hooking hot dogs, Sausages, Steaks ribs etc,.. I also found
that you can use the hook to lift the hot grate on your BBQ. You can also use
the hook to open plastic packages;
·The
rounded spatula is great for flipping delicate fish, burgers, and chicken
breast with ease without breaking them in pieces. The spatula is made of pretty
strong heavy duty stainless steel that won't bend on you which means it can be
used to carry a hot burger, steak, etc,.;
·The
rounded spatula is also armed with a sharp serrated knife edge which is
actually pretty sharp and works very well in opening plastic packages and for
cutting your ribs rack right on the grill. It can also be use for cutting into
steaks for checking for doneness if you don't have a meat thermometer handy;
·The BBQ
hooker is even armed with a bottle opener so you don't have to leave the
grilling area to open your favorite cool beverage;
·The BBQ
hookers is made of nice polish heavy gauge stainless steel;
·The soft
rubber grip handle actually fits the contour of your hand very well, and offers
a comfy grip and the non-slip rubber prevents your hand from slipping while
using it;
·The length
of the handle and its angle is well design to keep your hands away from the
heat and flames. This handle is actually well balance which was impressive. The
angle in the handle also made it easier to flip and hook meat with ease.
·Come in a
left hand or right hand model
Here's a video I created on the BBQ Hooker 4-in-1 grilling tool:
I have been
experimenting with this tool on my BBQ for about a month now. I really loved the
feature of the hook for turning my chicken, pork shoulders and briskets. Which
I found that it work extremely well in performing that task with ease. The hook
also works very well in turning hot dogs and sausages but my wife discovered
when hooking sausage that you lose some of the sausages juiciness from the
punctured hole in the sausage but this might be good for health conscious
grillers.
This tool is
available in a "Left hand" or "Right Hand", but apparently
what that means is that the spatula part is on the right hand side of the
handle, with the hook sticking out to the left side of it for a right hand
model. I am right handed and found the left handed model is actually easier to
use and less awkward. Which means this can be confusing for some when ordering this
tool. This little issue was reported by a few readers while I was working on
this review but don't let this fool you! Now that you know which version is
best suited for you without the confusion!
The BBQ hooker sharp
serrated knife edge actually cut through meat whit ease and little effort. The
use of the spatula for flipping burgers was actually pretty easy to use and
work very well.
Overall this tool
works pretty well and can be a little awkward at first but you quickly get use
to it after a couple of uses. I found the hook on this tool extremely handy and
versatile around the grill. This tool is actually pretty handy and I definitely
recommend it as a nice to have BBQ tool and this would also be a good gift for
a serious or backyard griller.
Here's a video on the BBQ Hooker 4-in-1 grilling tool that I found online and it has a bit of hummor to it so I though I would post it here since its relevent:
