Well today
I decided to do some nachos with my left-over turkey. These are quite easy to make and quite tasty. Let’s
get started shall we!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Nacho chips
- 1 can slice black olive
- Shredded old Cheddar cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Left-over turkey
- Your favorite BBQ rubs
- Salsa
- You can also add onions and peppers but this is optional
Directions:
Pre-heat
BBQ for indirect cooking at 375 degrees F;
Now place a
piece of pars man paper on a pizza stone;
Put a layer
of chips;
Seasoned
your turkey with your rub;
Now put
some cheese, olive, and turkey;
Now do another
layer of chips and repeat the above step;
Now place
your nacho and stone on BBQ and cook till cheese is melted approximately 10-15
minutes.
Now add some salsa and serve.
