Foil Pocket BBQ Vegetable Blend
This is very tasty vegetable recipe and my kids, wife, and friends loves it a lot! So I thought I would share with everyone here! I didn't put onion and mushroom on this batch because my kids are picky eaters lol!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 TBSP of butter
- Club House Lagrille Vegetable
- Club House Roasted Garlic & Peppers
- Club House Lagrille Seasoned Salt
- Cattle Boyz Pepper Blend
- Fresh Carrots
- Fresh Potatoes
- Fresh Turnips
- Fresh Onions & Mushroom (Optional)
Direction:
1. Place a sheet of heavy duty foil on the table;
2. Put a layer of sliced potato and sprinkle spices on top (as per taste);
3. Now put a layer of sliced turnips and sprinkle spices on top (as per taste);
4. Put a layer of sliced carrots and sprinkle spices on top (as per taste);
5. Now repeat step 2-4 till there's enough to your taste;
6. Now put 2-3 TBSP of un-melted butter on top.
7. Now fold the foil to form a packet and add a little bit of water inside not much!
8. Now put another layer of foil on top to completely seal it.
9. Cook on BBQ at 400 degree F for 45 -55 minutes. Flip the Packet every 15 minutes or so.
